We explain in a few steps who you can contact to make payments and what options are generally available.
Make payments
You have received mail from Creditreform - so now what can you do?
You have received a reminder letter from Creditreform asking you to settle an overdue payment and want to get this matter sorted out quickly? By calling up this section of our website, you have already taken the first step in the right direction. We will explain the further procedure to you below.
Get in touch with us
Please contact the debt collection officer indicated on the letter immediately. Alternatively, you can also enter the postcode of the responsible branch office directly in the field "Creditreform on site - enter postcode or town" on this page to receive the connection data of the responsible collection department. You will also find the postcode of the responsible office on the letter you received. We will work together with you to find a suitable solution. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly, as the expiry of the payment deadlines can have negative consequences and costs, for example, by transferring the claim to a judicial dunning procedure.
Please have the Creditreform file number ready
The case file number of your case can be found in the letter you received. The file number is important for the debt collection officer to be able to process your case.
Arrange the method of payment with us
Depending on the case, different payment methods are conceivable. Again, the first thing to do is to talk to us to agree on a method of payment that will work for both parties. If, for example, you are not able to pay the entire amount in one payment, installments can be arranged if necessary. More detailed information can be obtained from the responsible debt collection officer.
