In order to fulfil the customer relationship, your following data will be processed: form of address, title, surname, first name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number and possibly additional contact details of personal contact persons. This data are transferred to our sales management system. A data transfer to third parties does not take place.

The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1b) EU GDPR. The data will be stored for as long as necessary to fulfil the customer relationship. The data will be deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions for six or ten years (Money Laundering Act, Art. 6 para. 1c EU GDPR).

You have the right to know the personal data stored about yourself. You have the right of correction or deletion in case that the data stored are not correct. In case it is not possible to determine the correctness is cleared. You have the right of completion if the data is incomplete.

If you have given your consent to the processing of the data stored by us, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time. The revocation does not affect the legality of the processing of your data based on your consent until any revocation.

The data protection supervisory authority is the Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données (CNPD) 1, Avenue du Rock’n Roll, L-4361 Esch-sur-Alzette.

Law does not require the transmission of your data to us, but it does make sense in order to fulfil the contract with you. Nevertheless, you are not obliged to provide us the requested data. In case you will not communicate your data to us, this will be without any consequence for you.

You may object to data processing for the purpose of the management of membership data and sales management at any time. The data will then no longer be processed for this purpose.

Please note that without the data of the customer relationship a contract conclusion is not possible.
